We’re looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join the internal IT team of a leading international law firm operating across Central and Eastern Europe. You’ll step into a brand-new role with real influence — helping to drive key tech initiatives across a fast-paced, high-performing professional services environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As Senior IT Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of firm-wide projects — from replacing core hardware and launching new office infrastructure to balancing team workloads and coordinating with external vendors. Your ability to bring order to complex environments will be critical to the firm’s digital evolution.

• Lead and coordinate IT projects across our CEE offices (data migrations, system upgrades, infrastructure changes, and more).
• Manage both M&A activities and IT operational campaigns: take ownership of managing both mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities and IT operational campaigns, ensuring smooth execution in alignment with business
• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and manage cross-functional timelines.
• Act as the liaison between our internal IT support team, business stakeholders (lawyers, HR, Finance), and external IT vendors.
• Own the planning, budgeting, risk management, and documentation for each project.
• Participate in shaping the firm’s long-term IT strategy alongside the IT Director.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 5+ years in IT project management, ideally within professional services, IT, legal, or demanding multi-office environments.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects (especially those involving external vendors).
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure basics (on-premise, cloud migration, ticketing systems, etc.).
• Structured mindset with flexible execution
• Strong stakeholder communication skills – you can confidently work with senior internal teams and vendors alike.
• Fluency in Enlish – min B2-C1

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in a law firm or regulated service environment.
• Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master.
