JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design, develop, and optimize new features while ensuring the stability and functionality of existing applications.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, maintaining open communication with users to align solutions with their needs.
- Deliver high-quality software, where every feature is backed by well-documented test cases and best practices.
- Continuously improve development processes, collaborating with the team to enhance software performance and reliability.
- Oversee the technical aspects of the Murex system, including deployment, feature development, and ongoing maintenance.
- Lead the development, design, scheduling, and maintenance of the Mandatory Reporting system.
- Work closely with cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure system stability, accuracy, and seamless processing.
- Engage with Product Owners and Application Managers to align development efforts with business needs and long-term goals.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proficient in Perl with hands-on experience in scripting, automation, and data processing.
- Strong technical foundation in Linux environments, database management, and scripting languages.
- Problem-solver with a proactive approach, capable of prioritizing tasks and working independently.
- Fluent in English with the ability to collaborate effectively within a virtual team (Brno, Brussels).
- Self-driven and accountable, taking initiative in assigned responsibilities.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and evolving system requirements.
