We are looking for backend developers all levels to join an international fintech company with a Brno-based Solution Centre — one of Europe’s largest IT hubs. This is a hybrid role (3 days on-site in Brno, 2 days remote), with relocation support available for candidates from the EU.

You will work on financial software solutions, analyzing system changes, designing databases, implementing business logic, and developing web applications. You will collaborate closely with analysts and testers to deliver world-class software. The role involves working with .NET, C#, React, SQL, and other modern technologies.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Min 2 years of professional experience with .NET environment
• Experience with the following legacy development products would be beneficial: ASP.NET MVC, VB.NET, and legacy .NET Framework versions.
• Understanding of web services;
• Familiar with code analysis or automated testing tools.
• Fluency in English to work with international teams.
• Technical university degree preferred.
• EU citizenship or free access to the Czech labor market
