For our client, a global leader in providing medical and travel security assistance, we seek a Data Analyst with an experience of working with finance/sales teams or environment. They provide 24/7 support, risk assessments, and emergency services for employees all over the world.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for providing data analysis for our finance and sales team in a multinational environment. You will be based at their SSC on Anděl working alongside the finance and sales teams, while the rest of your analytics team is based in the US.

• You will work closely and support finance and sales teams in Czechia with your data
• Your analytics team and your manager are in the US and you will also support people there but work within the Czechia Timezone (CEST)
• Work with compensation data and incentive plans – administration, execution, analysis, and calculation (for example monthly incentive plans payouts, etc.)
• Work and help enhance and maintain sales data platforms and reporting tools via Excel, PowerBi, and optionally salesforce
• There is also monthly and ad-hoc analysis of sales performance, etc.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• You need at least some experience working in business/data analysis or finance to be more independent – you will be alone in Czechia
• Experience working with MS Excel (Query, Pivot, VBA, Formulae)
• Experience with working with SQL and visualization tools (PowerBI / Tableau / other)
• English is a must
