JOB SUMMARY

• Assist clients in resolving their issues on L1/L2
• Evaluate customer processes and provide expert consulting recommendations.
• Implement logistics software solutions at client locations.
• Work closely with our development team to enhance software functionality.
• Utilize SQL for data manipulation tasks.
• Maintain communication with clients, both domestically and internationally.
• Support product presentations to potential clients.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

This position is suitable for junior and medior application support specialists looking for further career and knowledge growth without knowledge of Czech language. 

• At least 1 year of previous experience with application support
• English at least on B2 level (communication with clients and team) 
• Experience in using SQL for data manipulation
• Knowledge of German or French is an added advantage.
