JOB SUMMARY

• A key role in ITOM and CMDB – setting up Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
• Collaboration with stakeholders – analyzing requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• CMDB management and maintenance – ensuring accurate and up-to-date data
• Integration of ServiceNow with other IT systems via API
• Contribution to strategy and implementation of best practices in ITOM and CMDB within ITIL processes
• Support and troubleshooting – resolving technical issues and optimizing performance

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
• Ability to develop and configure ServiceNow (workflows, business rules, scripting)
• Knowledge of integrations via API and web services
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and their practical application
• Analytical thinking and the ability to solve problems independently
• English at a B2 level for collaboration in an international team
• Advantage: Knowledge of network and server infrastructure
