For our client, an Izrael company and leader in SW verification focusing on the security and correctness of Ethereum smart contracts, we are looking for a Frontend Team Lead.

They are the only company that provides automated prover technology to verify smart contracts with no false alarms, strong formal correctness guarantees, and full automation. Their customers are some of the top DeFi protocol innovators; they develop smart contracts which are small event-driven programs invoked by end-users to execute financial transactions. Bugs in smart contracts can be exploited by malicious users and can lead to losses at the scale of millions or even billions of USDs. 

They are developing next-gen formal verification techniques to help top DeFis gain confidence in their contracts.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a senior Frontend Team lead/Manager who will be able to lead a small team of FE Developers.

• You will develop and maintain user-facing facade features of our main tool, making an extremely sophisticated piece of software accessible to end-users (Developers, Researchers, Auditors.)
• You will work closely with the rest of the development team (product, cloud, backend), R&D, Engine, and Usability teams to gain an understanding of the product and the gaps the end developers face while using it.
• You will also be the technical focal point for the web frontend developers who are building auxiliary solutions around the Prover ecosystem, delivering easy-to-use products to our users –  developers, and auditors in the web3 world.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 6+ years of FE development experience with React, Vue, Typescript, Javascript, HTML, CSS
• Excellent understanding of web development best practices (API designs, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience in management in web development (being able to guide and technically lead a group of FE developers, ability to choose suitable technologies, coding practices, code reviews, etc.)
• Well-versed in coding best practices, agile methodologies, CI/CD, testing
• Ability to plan and create complex UI according to product & design specs
• Experience working on complex systems and products in STEM fields is a plus.
• Experienced with working in a Cloud environment (AWS is a plus)
